REGISTERED MAIL

Registered mail that could not be delivered due to the recipient's absence will be held at the offices listed below for 30 days, starting from the day after the delivery notice was left. The mail can also be collected by someone other than the recipient, provided they have a written authorization (proxy), a valid ID, and a photocopy of the recipient's ID. The authorization form can be completed on the back of the delivery notice.

ADMINISTRATIVE ACTS

Please be informed that the administrative deed deposited at the Town Hall (Casa Comunale) will remain available for 6 months, after which it will be returned to the originating office. The deed may be collected starting from the working day following the delivery date, either by the recipient or by a proxy provided with the delegating party's ID (original or photocopy). Please note that the notification of the deed will be considered legally served 10 days after the day following the attempted delivery date.
